Cycle Hire
The following businesses offer bicycle rental. Some provide a delivery and collection service.
South Downs and Meon Valley
- Walk and Cycle offer a deliver and collect bicycle hire service from Petersfield Railway Station, Queen Elizabeth Country Park, The Sustainability Centre above East Meon and West Meon car park at the start of the Meon Valley Railway Line.
New Forest
- Forest Leisure Cycling in the centre of Burley - the last time we spoke to them we were told that they do not deliver.
- Cyclexperience in Brockenhurst offer lots of advice and support. They also provide a delivery service.
- AA Bike Hire, Lyndhurst.
- Trax Bike Hire on the Hampshire/Dorset border offer a delivery service.
- Country Lanes hire bicycles and can give plenty of advice on cycling in the New Forest.
Basingstoke including Fleet and Alton
- Quench Cycles beside the Visitor Centre in Alice Holt Forest.
- North Hants Bikes, Whitchurch. A terrific cycle shop that offers a cycle hire service too. They will deliver.
Holidays
Guided and self guided cycling holidays tend to focus on the South Downs and New Forest National Parks.
