Explore the beautiful village of Burley, with its thatched cottages and tea rooms, and experience the heath and wildlife unique to the New Forest on this family treasure hunt cycle trail.
This cycle ride is suitable for all the family. It follows generally flat roads and cycle paths. There is a short hill to climb in Beechwood Lane, near the start, and a longer one towards the end from Holmsley Passage. The surface of the Castleman cycle track is uneven so a bicycle with sturdy tyres is recommended. The trail starts and ends at The White Buck Inn. Cycle hire is available in Burley village centre.
